| 摘 要： | 目的探讨养血生乳口服液对环磷酰胺致免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用环磷酰胺制造小鼠免疫抑制模型，以参坤养血口服液作为对照，用养血生乳口服液进行治疗后，观察各组小鼠外周血白细胞数目、脾脏T细胞数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶菌酶含量及其对二硝基氟苯诱导迟发型超敏反应的影响。结果养血生乳口服液能显著增加免疫功能低下小鼠的外周血白细胞数目、脾脏T细胞数和血清溶菌酶含量，提高免疫抑制小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能和二硝基氟苯诱导的迟发型超敏反应。结论养血生乳口服液能显著增强环磷酰胺致免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss on the immunomodulation of Yangxue Shengru Oral Liquid on immunosuppressive mice induced by eyclophosphamide （CTX）. Methods Some of the immunosuppressive mice induced by CTX were treated with Yangxue Shengru Oral Liquid, contrasted with others treated with Shenkun Yangxue Oral Liquid. Number of peripheral blood leukocyte and spleen of T cells, phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage, serum lysozyme content of each group of mice and the influence of dinitrofluorobenzene induced delayed-type hypersensitivity were measured af- ter the treatment. Results Yangxue Shengru Oral Liquid effectively strengthened the numbers of peripheral blood leukocyte and spleen of T cells and serum lysozyme content of immunosuppressive mice induced by CTX. It can strengthen delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction obviously. Conclusion Yangxue Shengru Oral Liquid can effectively strengthen immune function of immunosuppressive mice induced by CTX. |
