重复性异位妊娠50例病因分析

目的探讨重复性异位妊娠的起病原因,起病特点为临床诊治提供参考。方法收集我院自2008年1月～2012年1月重复性异位妊娠的患者50例,平均年龄为（33.78±2.3）岁,年龄范围21～39岁。对纳入患者的妊娠总次数,发生首次异位妊娠时盆腔的情况、妊娠发生的部位、临床治疗进行回顾性分析,并总结其与重复性异位妊娠之间的联系。结果 50例纳入患者中妊娠次数〈4次的有7例,妊娠次数〉6次的有3例,其中盆腔粘连的占85.1%。异位妊娠行输卵管切除术对侧发病,占88.9%,而保守治疗占33.3%。两者比较差异有统计学意义P〈0.01。结论重复性移位妊娠与输卵管炎症,妊娠的次数及前一次移位妊娠后的结局密切相关。

The pathogeny analysis of 50 example recurrent ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the pathogenetic cause and precaution of the recurrent ectopic pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 50 cages with recurrent ectopic pregnancy were analysed retrospectively from January 2008 to January 2012. The nunther of pregnancies was determined as well as the relationships between recurrent ectopic pregnancy and the condition of pelvic cavities, the position of ectopic pregnancy or the treatment to ectopic pregnancy. Results Among the 50 eases, the recurrent ectopic pregnancy number of seven cases is not more than 3, while the recurrent eetopie pregnancy number of other three cases exceeds 6. The percentage of pelvic syncretio of the total cases is 85.1. In comparison with expectant treatment, tubal resection results in a significantly hisher morbility of recurrent ectopie pregnancy（88.9 % versus 33.3 % , P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Recurrent ectopic pregnancy is relevant to the number of pregnancies, salpingitis and the treatment to previous eetopie pregnancy.
