寻常疣的治疗进展

寻常疣是人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染引起的表皮良性赘生物，是皮肤科的常见病，青少年及免疫力低下者容易感染。不仅影响美观，并给工作生活带来很多不便。目前常用的治疗方法有冷冻、病灶内注射药物及激光等。但其病程持续、容易复发，尤其对难治性寻常疣的彻底根治对于患者及临床医生目前仍是难题。本文结合国内外对于寻常疣治疗的相关报道，对目前临床上关于寻常疣治疗方法以及治疗效果等方面的研究现状及治疗进展进行分析讨论，以期找到更好的治疗方法缓解患者的痛苦。

Research progress of the treatment on common warts WANG Wenjuan

Common warts caused by human papillomavirus （HPV） is epidermal benign neoplasm. It is a common disease in dermatology. Adolescents and immunocompromised person are the group to easily infected. The wart makes the patients adverse appearance and inconveniences during working and living. Currently used treatment methods include cryotherapy, intralesional injections, laser and so on, but they need long term of course of treatment and easily relapsed. Especially to cure recalcitrant common warts still puzzle whoever the patients and the clinicians. Combined with correlated reports which are domestic and overseas, this paper focus to study and analyze the current clinical and treatment progress on common warts treatment method and treatment effect, for finding a better method of treatment to alleviate the suffering of patients.
