妊娠合并子宫肌瘤对妊娠与分娩的影响

目的探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤对妊娠与分娩的影响。方法选取60例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者作为观察组,选取同期妊娠无子宫肌瘤的孕妇40例作为对照组,观察两组妊娠和分娩并发症、分娩方式和新生儿结局。结果观察组妊娠期和分娩期并发症发生率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率明显高于对照组,不良新生儿结局发生率明显高于对照组。结论子宫肌瘤在妊娠期增长较快,对妊娠期和分娩期并发症、新生儿结局具有不良影响;合理选择剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术不会增加手术风险。

Effect of uterine leiomyoma on pregnancy and childbirth

Objective To investigate the effects of uterine leiomyoma on pregnancy and childbirth. Methods 60 cases of pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma were selected as the observation group,no pregnancy uterine leiomyoma 40 cases of pregnant women as control group, to observe the two groups of complications of pregnancy and childbirth,the mode of delivery and neonatal outcomes.Results In the observation group,pregnancy and childbirth complications incidence was significantly higher than that of the control group,the rate of cesarean section was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence rate of adverse neonatal outcomes were significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion Uterine fibroids in pregnancy is growing faster,with adverse effects on pregnancy and pregnancy complications, neonatal outcome,a reasonable choice of cesarean section at the same time myomectomy does not increase the risk of operation.
