| 摘 要： | 胰岛素抵抗(IR)是指一定量的胰岛产生生物学效应低于预期正常水平,即胰岛素在促进葡萄糖摄取和利用方面受损,机体代偿性分泌过多的胰岛素,形成高胰岛素血症,这样才能使血糖维持在正常水平.胰岛素抵抗是高血压病(EH)的重要危险因素,随着胰岛素抵抗程度的升高,患病的风险性逐渐增高.现在高血压病不仅是血流动力学的异常,而且伴有多种内分泌代谢异常,IR是EH患者的常见临床特征.中医从辨证的角度对于高血压病与胰岛素抵抗关系的日渐深入.

| Abstract: | Insulin resistance(IR) is that the biological effect of certain insulin is lower than the objected.Because insulin is damaged in taking and using of Glucosem,achine body secretes more insulin to become hyperinsulinismw,hich ensures the normal blood sugar.IR is the most danger factor in essential hypertension(EH).With the increasing of IRt,he risk of EH is bigger.Now EH is not only the abnormality of blood dynamicsb,ut also endocrine.IR is familiar clinical characteristic in EH.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) research the relativity of EH and IR deeply from syndrome differentiation type. |
