口服奥硝唑胶囊治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效观察

目的：观察口服奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：将96例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组48例；治疗组口服奥硝唑，对照组口服替硝唑，疗程均为5d。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应的发生情况。结果：①治疗组显效率为89．6％，对照组显效率为66．7％，治疗组的显效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），但两组治疗的总有效率均为100％。②治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为8．3％和12．5％，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效与替硝唑相似。

OBSERVATION OF CURATIVE EFFECTS OF ORAL ORNIDAZOLE CAPSULE IN TREATMENT OF TRICHOMONAS VAGINITIS

Objective：To observe the clinical currative effects of oral ornidazole capsule in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis.Methods：96 trichomonal vaginitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 48 patients.The patients in treatment group were orally given ornidazole for 5 days,and the patients in control group were given tinidazole.The clinical currative effects and the incidence of adverse effects of these 2 groups were observed.Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 89.6%, which was obviously higher than that of control gorup （P 〈 0.05）;while the total effective rate of these 2 gorups were all 100%.There had no obvious difference between the incidence of adverse effects of these 2 groups （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions：Ornidazole has the same efficacy with tinidazole in treatment of trichomonal vaginitis.
