合肥市中小学生视力不良情况分析

目的了解合肥地区学生视力不良的分布特点及规律，为青少年学生近视的防治工作提供依据。方法对4521名6-18岁学生利用串镜检查视力。结果视力不良率城市学生(56．9％)高于农村学生(51．9％)，女生(57．4％)高于男生(51．7％)。从6岁年龄组开始，学生视力不良率逐渐下降，至9-11岁年龄组最低；11岁以后逐渐上升，至18岁时视力不良率最高。学生视力不良屈光类型在低年龄组(6，7岁)以远视为主，占90％以上；以后随年龄上升，近视的学生逐渐增多，13岁以上年龄组近视学生超过了99％。结论中小学生视力不良率呈上升趋势，且以近视为主。防治近视需要社会、学校、家长、学生共同重视和配合。

An Analysis of Poor Eyesight Among Students in Hefei

After 11 years old, the rate increased with ages and reached the highest among 18 years group. Among lower age groups, especially groups of 6 and 7, over 90% of poor eyesight were hvpermetropia. with the increase of age, rate of myopia increased gradually. But among the groups over 13 years old, over 99% of poor eyesight were myopia. Conclusion Rate of poor eyesight among students was on the rise, with myopia take the biggest part. School, parents, students and the whole society should cooperate to prevent and control students' myopia.
