银川市大学生自杀意念及抑郁影响因素分析

目的了解宁夏银川市大学生自杀意念和抑郁的发生率及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,抽取银川市2所大学2 678名在校学生,采用自行编制的自杀意念调查表和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查大学生自杀意念及抑郁发生情况。结果大学生自杀意念、自杀计划、自杀未遂的发生率分别为15.4%,6.6%,5.6%;40.4%的学生有抑郁症状。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,少数民族、抑郁、家庭亲密度、心理素质、同学关系、学习成绩差是大学生自杀意念的危险因素;家庭亲密度、心理素质、同学关系、学习成绩差是抑郁的危险因素。结论银川市大学生自杀意念与抑郁的发生率较高,抑郁是自杀意念的主要危险因素。

Analysis on prevalence of suicidal ideation and depression and its influence factors among undergraduate students in Yinchuan

ObjectiveTo study the prevalence and related factors of suicidal ideation and depression in undergraduate students in Yinchuan.Methods2 678 undergraduate students were investigated with multistage stratified random clustered samples.Zung Self-Depression Scale(SDS)and self-designed questionnaire were used for depression and suicidal ideation.Results15.4% of respondents had suicidal ideation.The rate of suicidal plan and suicide attempt was 6.6% and 5.6% respectively.40.4% of students had depressive symptoms.Multivariate logistic regression analysis demonstrated that minority, poor cohesion of family and mental quality,intercourse vexation,lower academic achievement and depression were risk factors of suicidal ideaion.Poor cohesion of family,mental quality,intercourse relation and lower academic achievement were risk factors of depression.ConclusionThe prevalence rate of suicidal ideation and depression in undergraduate students in Yinchuan were high.Depression is the major risk factor for suicidal ideaion.
