| 摘 要： | 目的 研究低分子肝素钙对家兔急性油酸型肺损伤的影响.方法 耳缘静脉注射高纯度油酸制备ALI家兔模型.将24只家兔随机分为两组,油酸组、低分子肝素钙治疗组.测定动脉血气变化、凝血功能和肺系数,观察肺组织病理变化.结果 低分子肝素钙治疗组PCO2（45.5±4.183）、PO2（76.5±3.391）,PT（12.03±0.624）、APTT（23.33±1.467）、TT（18.45±1.559）,肺系数（6.34±0.356）,与油酸组比较,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;低分子肝素钙治疗组肺系数低于油酸组;光镜下,低分子肝素钙治疗组肺组织充血、水肿及炎性细胞浸润情况较油酸组轻.结论 低分子肝素钙对急性肺损伤有一定治疗作用.
