| 摘 要： | 目的 分析Oct-4在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中的表达特点及规律,探讨Oct-4的表达在NSCLC发生、发展中的意义及其与肿瘤干细胞的关系.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测Oct-4蛋白在135例NSCLC组织和20例正常对照肺组织中的表达情况.结果 NSCLC组织中Oct-4表达的阳性率明显高于正常对照肺组织,二者之间的差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.Oct-4表达的阳性率与NSCLC患者的临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及肿瘤分化程度有关（P〈0.01）,而与患者的性别、年龄及NSCLC的组织学类型无关（P＞0.05）.结论 Oct-4的表达与NSCLC的分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关,提示Oct-4的表达在NSCLC发生、发展中的可能具有一定的意义,表达Oct-4的肿瘤细胞很可能是肿瘤干细胞,推测Oct-4有可能成为分离和鉴定NSCLC肿瘤干细胞的标志物.
