妊娠期糖尿病不同治疗时机对母婴预后的临床研究

目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者在不同时机治疗对母婴预后的影响.方法 我科2006年1月～2010年10月诊治的63例住院分娩的妊娠期糖尿病患者,30例在孕中期确诊为妊娠期糖尿病为A组,33例在孕34周后确诊为妊娠期糖尿病为B组,两组患者均在确诊后给予及时治疗,从并发症发生情况、围生儿结局及终止妊娠方式三方面比较两组患者干预效果.结果 A组患者并发症包括妊娠高血压疾病、羊水过多、产后感染及酮症酸中毒发生率明显低于B组患者,A组患者巨大儿、早产儿、新生儿窒息或胎儿宫内窘迫及围生儿死亡率明显低于B组患者,A组患者剖宫产率显著低于B组患者,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 妊娠期糖尿病严重威胁母婴预后,孕妇应做好孕期检查尽早筛查确诊并及时治疗,可显著降低产妇并发症发生率及剖宫产率,改善围生儿结局.
