| 摘 要： | 1例36岁女性患者,因急性膀胱炎给予依诺沙星注射液0.2 g,静脉滴注(qd),用药当晚出现失眠,重复用药后,又出现失眠,且伴有其他精神症状,停药并对症治疗后,症状消失,换用阿米卡星抗感染治疗后,精神症状未出现.

| Abstract: | A 36-year-old woman with acute cystitis received iv enoxacin injection 0.2g.Agrypnia was developed at night.Psychiatric symptoms occurred again in the next administration.Enoxacin was discontinued together symptomatic treatment and replaced with amikacin for anti-infective therapy.The symptoms disappeared after that the dose regimen was changed. |
