鳀鱼生物制品对人体血脂血糖血尿酸影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨鳀鱼生物制品对人体降血脂(包括HDL,TC,TG)、血糖、血尿酸的作用。方法 对 61例高血脂、高血糖、高血尿酸人群分别给予 2种不同剂量鳀鱼生物制品,连续服用 3个月,每隔 1个月复查相关生化指标及血压。结果 服用 1个月以上者,TG,TC及血糖均明显下降 (P<0. 001 ),服用 1, 2, 3个月之间效果比较无明显差异,而高尿酸血症者服用 3个月后有下降趋势 (P<0. 05)。2种不同剂量服用者,结果无明显差异,单病症与多病症二者效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论 服用鳀鱼生物制品有降低TG、TC、血糖及血尿酸作用。

A clinical investigation of the level of lipids, glucose and uric acid influenced by a fish biological product
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of a fish biological product on the levels of lipids, glucose and uric acid in human. Methods 61 volunteers were divided into two groups according to the levels of their blood pressure,the group with higher blood pressure were dosed with 0.25 ml/kg a day and another one were dosed with 0.5ml/kg biological product a day for 3 months.The levels of lipids, glucose and uric acid in their serum were decected one time every 30 days. Results The results demonstrated that the levels of triglycerid(TG), total cholesterol(TC) and glucose in those serums of all volunteers remarkably declined after using the product one month (P<0.001), but the levels of uric acid in these serums of the volunteers with the higher concentration of uric acid had not drastically droped until the third month(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions This fish biological product can decrease the levels of TG, TC, glucose and uric acid in serum.
