房室结折返性心动过速发生机制及治疗的研究进展

摘    要:房室结双径路(DAVNP)被认为是发生房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)的基础。DAVNP具有解剖学及生理学基础上的快径路和慢径路,成为目前射频消融房室结改良方法的依据。新近又证明了多径路的存在并提出多样性AVNRT。射频导管消融术(RFCA)已被公认是根治AVNRT及AVRT的首选方法,且慢径路为AVNRT的靶点部位。

Abstract:Dual atrioventricular nodal pathways (DAVNP) are regarded as the basis of the presence of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia (AVNRT).DAVNP now is the basis of improved method of radiofrequency ablation(RFCA) treatment for atrioventricular nodal in current because of its fast and slow pathways called in anatomy and physiology.Now,new study has verified the existence of multiple pathway and give rise of the variety of AVNRT.It is known that Radiofrequency ablation (RFCA) has been regarded as the first method to evaluate AVNRT and AVRT,and the slow pathway is the target in the treatment of AVNRT.
