纤维支气管镜和支气管肺泡灌洗治疗难治性肺炎的临床观察

目的观察分析纤维支气管镜和支气管肺泡灌洗术在难治性肺炎诊治中的疗效与安全性。方法选择2012年6月至2013年11月收治的难治性肺炎患者110例,随机分为两组,各55例,其中对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行纤维支气管镜检查和支气管肺泡灌洗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、住院时间以及费用方面的差异。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,致病菌清除率也高于对照组。观察组治疗时间短于对照组,费用低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应和并发症。结论纤维支气管镜检查和支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗难治性肺炎疗效确切。

Fiberoptic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage observation research for the treatment of refractory pneumonia

Objective To analyze the fiberoptic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage in the diagnosis and treatment of refractory pneumonia curative effect and security. Methods Choose in June 2012 to November 2013 treated 110 cases of patients with refractory pneumonia and randomly divided into two groups,each 55 cases,among them the control group using conventional treatment,observation group in the control group based on fiber bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage. The clinical curative effect,adverse reactions,length of hospital stay and cost differences were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group. The pathogenic bacteria clearance rate is higher than the control group. Observe group was shorter than control group. The cost is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Two groups did not show serious adverse reaction and complications. Conclusion Fiber bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage treatment of refractory pneumonia showed curative effect.
