摘    要:目的]优选外感风痧颗粒制剂提取工艺。方法]采用正交试验法,以得膏率、氯化两面针碱含量为评价指标,筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果]最佳提取工艺为:选用粗粉药材,第1次加水12倍量,浸泡0.5h,提取时间为2h;第2次加水12倍量,提取时间为0.5h。结论]优选工艺的提取条件稳定、合理、经济,适用于工业生产。

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction process for Waigan Fengsha Granule.Methods] The orthogonal test was adopted to explore the influences of 3 factors(quantity of water,extracting time and grinding degree of medicinal substances) on the yielding rate of nitidine chloride and dry paste.Results] The optimum extraction process was as follows: one unit of medicinal substances was soaked with water which was 12 times of its quantity for 0.5 hour,then distilled for 2 hours;re-soaked the distilled substances with water which was also 12 times of its quantity for 0.5 hour,distilled for 0.5 hour.Conclusions] This optimum extraction process could be applied in industrial production with its characteristics of being stable,reasonable and economical.
