对首次接受血液透析的尿毒症患者实施心理干预的效果分析

目的对首次接受血液透析的尿毒症患者进行心理干预，并与首次接受血液透析前未接受心理干预的尿毒症患者的心理状态进行比较，为减轻尿毒症患者的心理负担，提高治疗效果提供依据。方法对我院586例首次接受血液透析的尿毒症患者的心理状态进行问卷调查，采用首次血液透析前进行心理干预和未进行心理干预各293例作比较。结果首次血液透析前接受心理干预者的不良心理反应明显少于未接受心理干预者，并在接受治疗过程中能主动配合，情绪较稳定，减少了因不良心理反应所产生的并发症。结论对首次接受血液透析的尿毒症患者实施心理干预能减轻患者的不良心理反应，增强患者战胜疾病的信心，减少并发症的发生，是提高本病综合治疗效果的重要方法之一。

Analysis of Mental Intervention Effect on Uremia Patients First Receiving Hemodialysis

Methods Questionnaire investigation was done in 586 eases of patients with uremia, 293 eases of patients were given mental intervention before receiving hemodialysis and others without mental intervention, Then the mental statuses of all patients were compared. Results The unhealthy psychic reaction of patients receiving mental intervention decreased obviously, During the treating process, patients can cooperate actively with the doctors in treatment with calm attitude, and the complications induced by harmful psychic reaction decreased too, Conclusions Giving mental intervention to patients with uremia before first receiving hemodialysis can reduce bad psychic reaction, encourage them to defeat the disease and reduce complication. It is one of the most important ways to improve the effective treatment.
