目的：了解福建省农村地区基本公共卫生的现状。方法：利用SWOT分析方法,对福建省农村地区基本公共卫生建设进行综合评析。结果：优势：农村卫生机构分布广,基层卫生服务能力和人员待遇不断提高,福建省整体健康水平较高;劣势：基本公共卫生服务项目建设不齐全,基层卫生机构建设不健全,各部门协作尚未形成,业务人员素质依然较低,急性传染病和慢病并存;机遇：国家政策的引导和支持,经费支持和经济保障,新农合不断扩大的覆盖面;威胁：根深蒂固的重医轻防的观念,区域经济发展不协调。建议：继续发挥政府的主导作用,多渠道筹集资金,加强基础设施建设,加强业务人员培训,加强部门协调合作,做好健康教育及相关政策宣传。
