人口导入和原住地居民的卫生服务利用调查分析

目的：了解社区居民对社区卫生服务的利用情况，分析其影响因素，以调整卫生服务的提供。方法：对菊泉新城社区5个居委（迁入居民）、4个村委（原住地居民）30岁以上居民进行卫生服务利用的问卷调查。结果：共计调查1790名居民，其中迁入居民884人，原住地居民906人；目前正在接受社区卫生门诊服务的居民比例为71．91％，其中迁入居民为68．44％，原住地居民为75．10％；希望接受社区卫生门诊服务的居民比例为55．87％，其中迁入居民为52．49％，原住地居民为59．16％；年内正在二级医院住院的病人比例迁入居民为49．32％，原住地居民为43．66％；在其他卫生服务中心住院的分别为31．76％和36．62％；27．86％的迁入居民和59．27％的原住地居民希望接受二级医院住院服务。结论：原住地居民对社区卫生门诊服务的利用较高，迁入居民对社区卫生门诊服务的利用有待提高。在迁入居民中应强化社区卫生服务中心的信誉度，以提高迁入居民对社区卫生中心门诊服务的利用。

Difference in public health utilization between migrating population and local Residents
