国产头孢吡肟与进口头孢吡肟随机对照治疗细菌感染的meta分析

目的探讨国产头孢吡肟治疗细菌感染的有效性和安全性。方法按照系统评价的要求全面检索了中国医院数字图书馆(www.chkd.cnki.net)和中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBM disk),对符合纳入标准的文献进行Meta分析。结果国产头孢吡肟组与进口头孢吡肟组临床痊愈率、有效率、细菌清除率和不良反应发生率没有统计学差异。结论国产头孢吡肟治疗细菌感染疗效确切、使用安全。

A meta-analysis of treatment of bacterial infections with randomized control study of domestic and imported cefepime

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic and imported cefepime in the treatment of bacterial infections.Methods According to the requirements of Cochrane systematic review,a thorough literature search was performed among Chinese hospital digital library(www.chkd.cnki.net) and Chinese biomedical literature disk database(CBM disk).A-meta analysis was performed on patients involved in 12 papers which met the inclusion criteria.Results Domestic cefepime versus imported one of clinical cure rates,clinical effective rates,bacterial eradication rates and adverse reaction rates had no statisticd difference.Conclusions Domestic cefepime was effective and safe in the treatment of bacterial infections.
