| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨头软骨的正常超声所见。方法：20例临床无喉咽异常的志愿者作了颈前双侧纵与横切面的高频超志显像。结果：20例志愿者左、右双侧均获得了环状软骨侧边的声像图，以供分析。结论：环状软骨侧边超声是可以显像的，这可造成甲状腺肿瘤的伪像。熟悉环状软骨侧边声像，可助超声诊断医避免误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the ultrasound features of the cricoid cartilage.Methods:The sonography of both sides of the neck was performed with a high frequency linear array transducer in 20 healthy volunteers to show the side of the cricoid cartilage ring in both sagital and transverse planes.Results:The ultrasonograms were obtained for analysis in all subjects.Conclusions:The sides of the cricoid cartilage can be seen on sonography.The cricoid cartilage may be misjudged as a tumor in the thyroid gland.Familiarity with the appearance of this artefact will help sonographers to avoid diagnostic errors. |
