摘    要:目的:探讨实验性大鼠性心肌梗死中心肌细胞凋亡与Bcl-2,C-myc表达的关系。方法:利用末端标记技术(TUNEL)标记凋亡的心肌细胞,免疫组织化学法研究Bcl-2与C-myc的表达。结果:TUNEL法发现:大鼠急性心肌梗死模型中存在心肌细胞凋亡。冠状动脉结扎1小时后出现Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达,3小时后逐渐下降,结扎6小时后出现C-myc阳性表达,24小时内呈现上升趋势。相关分析表明:心肌细胞凋亡数与Bcl-2表达呈负相关,与C-myc表达呈正相关。结论:急性心肌梗死时心肌细胞的凋亡与Bcl-2、C-myc表达有密切关系,为进一步探讨急性心肌梗死的发病机制提供了一条新思路。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigatethe expression of Bcl2 and Cmyc in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in rats.To evaluatethe relationship between Bcl2 and Cmyc and myocyte apoptosis in AMI.MethodsMyocyteapoptosis in AMI rat model was studied by TdTmediated dUTP n ick end labeling (TUNEL).Bcl2and Cmyc was studied by im munohistochemical staining.ResultsIn the AMI rat model,TUNELmethod showed that the amount of apoptotic myocytes i n infarct area was increasedgradually after 1 hour occlusion of coronary artery ,peaked at the 6th hour,then decreasedslowly at the 24th hour.Statistical analy sis demonstrated a negative correlation betweenmyocyte apoptosis and Bcl2 and a positive correlation between myocyte apoptosis and Cmyc.ConclusionsThese data suggest that the Bcl2 and Cmyc may play an im portant role inregulating apoptosis in AMI.
