| 摘 要： | 目的：观察硫普罗宁对合并乙型肝炎的肺结核患者在抗痨治疗时的保肝作用。方法：42例合并乙型肝炎的初治涂阳肺结核患者，随机分为两组。治疗组22例在抗痨治疗的同时给予硫普罗宁片治疗，对照组20例在抗痨治疗的同时给予肌苷片或肝泰乐片等一般保肝药物。结果：治疗组治疗前后肝功能无变化，对照组治疗1个月后AST、ALT、BIL明显升高。结论：硫普罗宁可保护肝细胞，增加对抗结核药物耐受性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the liver protective effect of tiopronin in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hepatitis B. Methods: 42 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group (n=22) tiopronin and antituberculous drugs were used,meantime in the control group (n=20) some common liver protective drugs (eg:inosinum, glucurone) and antituberculous drugs were used. Results: The level of AST,ALT,BIL in the control group were significantly higher after they were treated for one month.The level in the treatment group didnot change significantly. Conclusion:Tiopronin can protect hepatic cell and increase their tolerance of antituberculous drugs. |
