2型糖尿病脾气虚证与C D 16+C D 56、C D 25关系的初步探讨

目的:探讨2型糖尿病辩证分型的客观指标。方法：用流式细胞技术测定2型糖尿病脾气虚患者CD16＋CD56、CD25的水平，并观察黄芪注射液治疗前后的变化。结果：2型糖尿病脾气虚患者CD16＋CD56水平明显低于正常组（P＜0．01），CD25水平明显高于正常组（P＜0．01），黄芪注射液治疗前后虽有变化，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：2型糖尿病脾气虚证患者存在着不同程度的CD16＋CD56、CD25水平紊乱，且两者有一定的内在联系，但要作为特异性较强的客观指标，有待今后更深入的研究。

Correlation of Non-insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus with Dificiency of Spleen-energy and CD16+CD56 and CD25

Objective:To understand the objective index with syndrome differentiation of Non-insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus (NIDDM). Methods:The NIDDM with Dificiency of Spleen-energy patients' level of CD16+CD56 and CD25 in peripheral Lymphocyte phenotype was determined by flow cytometry, and the changes of level of CD16+CD56 and CD25 were observed before and after treating with injection of membranous milkvetch root. Results:The NIDDM with Dificiency of Spleen-energy patients' level of CD16+CD56 was significantly lower than that of normal people (P<0.01), and CD25 was significantly higher than that of normal people (P<0.01). After treating with injection of membranous milkvetch root, the level have some changes and there was no statistically significant difference between before and after treating.Conculusion:The NIDDM with Dificiency of Spleen-energy patients' level of CD16+CD56 and CD25 in peripheral Lymphocyte phenotype was chaotic and there was some correlation between them.
