| 摘 要： | 暴露于高氟环境中除造成氟斑牙和氟骨症等典型骨相损害之外,也会对心血管系统等造成损伤.通过阅读近十年的国内外文献,综述了高氟暴露对心脏损伤、血管硬化、高血压、高血脂等心血管疾病的影响,分别从人群流行病学、动物实验及体外细胞实验等不同角度分析了氟中毒的损伤作用及其机制,同时提出应进一步加强高氟暴露对心血管系统损伤的前瞻性队...

| Abstract: | High fluoride exposure induces not only skeletal damage such as dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis,but also injury on the cardiovascular system.In this article,we elaborated on the effects of high fluoride exposure on cardiovascular diseases such as heart injury,vascular sclerosis,hypertension and hyperlipidemia by reviewing domestic and foreign literatures in the last decade.We analyzed the damage effects and mechanisms of high fluoride exposure from the perspectives of population epidemiology,animal experiments and in vitro cell experiments,and proposed that prospective cohort studies on the effects of high fluoride exposure on cardiovascular system damage should be further strengthened.This paper provides a scientific basis and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of endemic fluorosis and cardiovascular diseases. |
