摘    要:目的 了解高效耐用抗菌织物敷料(有效成分为载银磷酸锆)对烧伤后Ⅱ度创面的治疗效果及安全性。方法 选择符合入选标准的72例烧伤后Ⅱ度创面患者为受试对象,磺胺嘧啶银作为对照组,观察其创面用高效耐用抗菌织物敷料及磺胺嘧啶银覆盖后治疗、控制伤口感染方面的疗效和安全性。结果 高效耐用抗菌织物实验组比对照组创面用药后愈合时间明显提前,平均提前3.39d,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。实验组用药后6d及12d的细菌累计清除率分别为83.87%、96.77%,较对照组明显提高。高效耐用抗菌织物对血常规和肝、肾功能均无明显影响,未见局部致敏和全身症状。结论 高效耐用抗菌敷料能有效促进烧伤后Ⅱ度创面的愈合,抑制创面细菌生长。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the safety and the clinical effect of our high efficient and durable antibacterial fabric(availabal elements is phosphoric acid electrolyte carried silver) on two degree burn wound healing.Methods To select 72 patients with burn wound to observe the safety and the clinical effect after used with high efficient and durable antibacterial fabric.Silver sulfadiazine was used as control group.Results The wounds healing time of the trial group was 3.39d earlier than that of the control ones(P<0.01).The bacterial clear rate of the trial group on 6d and 12d post treatment was 83.87% and 96.77% respectively,which was significantly higher than those of the control group.No adverse reaction of high efficient and durable antibacterial fabric was found during the whole study.Conclusion The high efficient and durable antibacterial fabric can accelerate two degree burn wound healing and has bacteriostatic action.
