益肺败毒方维持治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的:评价益肺败毒方维持治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的晚期非小细胞肺癌60例随机分为治疗组(益肺败毒方组)和对照组(培美曲塞组)各30例。以4周为一个治疗周期,连续治疗两个周期。观察并随访记录两组病例的无进展生存时间(PFS)、中医证候、生活质量、CD+4CD+25调节性T细胞(CD+4CD+25Treg)、成本效果比、毒副反应。结果:治疗后治疗组在延长PFS方面与对照组无差异(P>0.05);治疗组在改善中医证候、生活质量、免疫功能方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。成本效果分析显示在成本无进展生存时间比方面治疗组低于对照组。治疗组未出现药物不良反应。结论:中医药维持治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌是安全有效且价格低廉的治疗方法。

Clinical Observation of Lung-Boosting and Toxin-Vanquishing Decoction for Maintenance Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of lung-boosting and toxin-vanquishing decoction for maintenance treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 60 cases were selected according to the randomized and controlled method selecting standard and were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,30 cases in each. Patients in treatment group were given lung-boosting and toxin-vanquishing decoction. Patients in the control group were given pemetrexed. Four weeks as one cycle and continuous treatment of two cycles. We recorded the progression-free survival time( PFS),syndromes,quality of life,CD+4CD+25regulatory T cells( CD+4CD+25Treg),cost-PFS ratio and toxicity. Results: After the therapy,treatment group had no differences in extending PFS with control group( P > 0. 05). Treatment group had better improvement than control group in syndromes,quality of life and immune function( P < 0. 05). The cost-effectiveness analysis showed the treatment group,cost-PFS ratio was lower than that of control group. During treatment,treatment group didn't appear obvious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion: It prompts the Chinese medicine maintenance treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer is one of the safe,effective and cheap treatment.
