参附注射液对多西他赛单药化疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者癌因性疲乏的影响

目的:评价参附注射液对多西他赛治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者癌因性疲乏的改善作用。方法:2010年6月—2014年6月收治的63例IIIa^IV期非小细胞肺癌患随机分为两组,对照组31例患者接受多西他塞化疗,给药剂量75mg/m2,21天1个周期,每次化疗前1天给予口服地塞米松,8 mg/次,12 h 1次,连用3日;治疗组32例患者在对照组的治疗基础上接受参附注射液治疗,60 mg/d,21d为1周期。两组患者的生存质量、疲乏程度等指标进行对比分析。结果:(1)观察组总有效率51.56%,与对照组的总有效率34.38%比较差异有统计学意义;(2)观察组患者Piper疲乏修正量表中各项评分和Karnofsky评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且Piper疲乏修正量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05;(3)观察组毒副反应的发生率均对于对照组,其中骨髓抑制、心血管副反应、乏力明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液可以改善多西他赛单药化疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者癌因性疲乏,提高疗效,降低副作用。

Effect of Shenfu Injection on Cancer - Related Fatigue of Patients with Advanced Non -Small Cell Lung with Single -Agent Docetaxel Chemotherapy

Objective：To evaluate the effect of Shenfu Injection on cancer - related fatigue of patients with advanced non -small cell lung treated with single - agent docetaxel chemotherapy. Methods：From June 2010 to June 2014,63 cases of IIIa-IV period non- small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group＇s 31 patients received 75mg/m^2 doeetaxel chemotherapy and 21 d was a course. Patients accepted oral dexamethasone before chemotherapy,8 rag/time, once every 12 h,onee every three days. Treatment group＇s 32 patients group added Shenfu Injection,60 mg/d and 21 d was a course. Quality of life and fatigue degree were compared between the two groups. Results ： （ 1 ） In observation group, the total effi- ciency was 1.56% ,which was higher than 34.38% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. （2） Com- pared with that before, Piper fatigue scale and Karnofsky score of the observation group were all reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and Piper fa- tigue scores were lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （ 3 ） Incidence of adverse reactions in observed group was lower than that of the control group and the bone marrow suppression, cardiovascular side effects and fatigue were all significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Shenfu Injection can im- prove the efficacy and reduce side effects of non - small cell lung cancer patients whose accept single-agent docetaxel chemothera- py and reduce cancer - related fatigue.
