动态血压平滑指数与老年高血压病中医证型分布

目的:探讨老年高血压病患者动态血压平滑指数与中医辨证分型的关系。方法:200例老年原发性高血压住院期间病史资料汇总,填写临床观察登记表,并对中医证候分级量化后进行辨证分型,分为肝火亢盛型、阴虚阳亢型、痰湿壅盛型、阴阳两虚型,采用无创性携带式动态血压监测仪进行动态血压的监测,并根据测得数据计算动态血压平滑指数(SI),用SPSS15.0软件统计分析。结果:阴阳两虚型患者动态血压平滑指数明显高于其他组(P<0.05)。结论:动态血压平滑指数可作为老年原发性高血压辨证分型的客观参考指标。

Relationship Between the Smoothness Index of Ambulatory Blood Pressure and TCM Differentiation in Elderly Hypertension Patients

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the relationship between the smoothness index（SI） of ambulatory blood pressure and tra- ditional Chinese medicine （TCM） differentiation in elderly hypertension patients. Methods：The hospitalization history data of 200 elderly essential hypertension patients were analyzed, filled in the registration form of clinical observation, classified TCM syn- drome with quantification, then differentiated into 4 typed, hyperactivity of liver - fire, deficiency of Yin and hyperactivity of Yang, excessive accumulation of Phlegm dampness , and deficiency of both Yin and Yang. The 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitored were performed in standard position. SI was computed from systolic and diastolic ambulatory blood pressure. The statistics were analyzed with SPSS15.0 software. Results：SI in deficiency of both Yin and Yang was significantly higher than other groups（ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion：SI could be an objective index for TCM in elderly hypertension essential patients.
