中药联合阿托伐他汀治疗2级高血压患者的疗效分析

目的:探讨中药眩晕宁片联合阿托伐他汀治疗2级高血压患者的疗效,为临床治疗该疾病提供一定的参考。方法:以2012年1月—2013年12月接收诊治的86例2级高血压疾病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例),观察组43例患者采用中药眩晕宁片联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组43例患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察并比较两组患者的血压降低状况。结果:对照组43例患者使用阿托伐他汀治疗后其平均收缩压和平均舒张压分别为(139.89±6.31)mm Hg、(83.93±5.41)mm Hg,观察组43例患者使用中药联合阿托伐他汀治疗后其平均收缩压和平均舒张压分别为(134.37±5.62)mm Hg、(81.31±5.13)mm Hg。结论:中药眩晕宁片联合阿托伐他汀治疗2级高血压效果较单独使用阿托伐他汀效果好,安全有效,值得进一步推广使用。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Atorvastatin of Patients with 2 -Level High Blood Pressure

Objective：To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） Xuanyunniing Tablets with atorvasta- tin therapy for patients with 2 - level high blood pressure and to provide certain reference for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods ：Between January 2012 and December 2013,86 patients with 2 - level hypertension were as the research objects and were randomly divided into observation group （43 cases） and control group （43 cases）. The observation group~ 43 cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） Xuanyunniing Tablets with atorvastatin therapy and the control group-43 patients treated with atorvastatin treatment. We observed and compared the two groups ＂lower blood pressure condition. Results ： In the control group after treatment, its average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were respectively （ 139.89 ± 6.31 ） mmHg and （83.93 ± 5.41 ） mmHg. In the observation group after treatment ,its average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pres- sure were respectively （ 134.37 ± 5.62 ） mmHg and mmHg （ 81. 31 ± 5.13 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine Xuanyunniing Tablets combined therapy with atorvastatin for 2 - level hypertension has good effect. It is safe and effective, worthy of further promotion.
