中医辨证论治加保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效及其护理措施

目的:探讨中医辨证论治联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效及其护理措施。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年2月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者220例,将其随机分为观察组118例,对照组102例,对照组患者给予头孢他啶、替硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医辨证论治以及保留灌肠,两组患者均连续治疗3个疗程,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组患者治愈64例(54.24%)、有效49例(41.53%)、无效5例(4.24%),总有效率为95.76%;对照组患者治愈31例(30.39%)、有效43例(42.16%)、无效28例(27.45%),总有效率为72.55%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证加中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎具有着显著的疗效,在护理工作中主要采取心理护理、饮食护理、灌肠护理以及健康教育。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Retention Enema in Treatment of Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Its Nursing Measures

Objective ：To study the effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its nursing measures. Methods ：220 pa- tients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in January 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into obser- vation group（ 118 cases）and the control group（ 102 eases）. The control group was treated with ceftazidime and tinidazole and the observation group on the basis used syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and retention enema. Two groups＇pa- tients were treated for 3 courses and the effect of two groups was compared. Results：In the observation group ,64 cases were cured （54.24%） ,49 cases effective （41.53%） ,5 cases invalid （4.24%）. The total efficiency was 95.76%. In the control group,31 cases were cured （30.39%）,43 cases effective （42.16%）,28 cases invalid （27.45%）. The total efficiency was 72.55%. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a significant effect. The nurs- ing measures mainly include p~＇ychological nursing, diet nursing care, enema and health education.
