从脾虚生痰论述老年呆病

以中医学传统理论为依据,阐述老年呆病的发病机制为本虚标实,其中本虚主要为"髓减脑消,神机失用",标实主要为"气、血、痰、火、瘀诸邪阻滞脑窍,脑窍失利"。文章试论述脾虚生痰的病机,结合古籍论述指出脾虚生痰这一病理因素及病理产物与老年呆病关系密切,尤从痰湿生成之后直接或间接蒙蔽心脑二窍,使得神机失用,或联合郁火、气滞、瘀血等致病因素致发脑窍失利而共同致发呆病,且痰浊生成之后,久而又能虚脾,因虚致实,因实致虚,虚实夹杂,使得疾病缠绵难愈。

Discussion on Elderly Dementia from Phlegm due to Spleen Deficiency

On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine theory, this paper discussed the pathogenesis of the elderly dementia. It is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. The virtual is reducing in brains and spirit apraxia. The standard is stagnation of Qi, stasis of blood, phlegm and fire evil blocking the brain in common. This paper discussed the pathogenesis of spleen deficien- cy phlegm in combination to ancient books＇classic papers. And it pointed out that there was a close relationship between the spleen deficiency phlegm and the elderly dementia. In particular, the generation of phlegm dampness can directly or indirectly blind our heart and brain, so that our spirit can＇t normally work. Phlegm dampness can also destruct our brain combination with fire evil, stagnation of Qi and blood stasis. It would appear deficiency syndrome, and deficiency syndrome would cause excess symptoms, finally it would generate a vicious spiral.
