| Abstract: | This article reviews how standardized patient was introduced and how it＇ s gradually accepted and developed in medical education. It also describes its application and growing trend in China, aiming to explore a more feasible Chinese SP teaching approach and offer reference for competence as- sessment in any profession in which the objectives are to assess an individual＇s interpersonal skill as well as his or her technical performance. |
