三维图像构建法在肝胆外科研究生教学中的应用

为了更有效地培养研究生对肝脏解剖结构的理解,提高其专业水平,研究生在上级医生的指导下,运用三维图像构建法对手术病人的肝脏病变进行图像构建,构建过程包括阅读CT、MRI图像,手绘三维图像,3D图像制作,手术中拍照,与术前图像进行对比几部分组成。通过立体图像构建的各个步骤和总结报告,研究生得到了锻炼,进行了有针对性的学习,而上级医生通过有针对性的指导教学,也提高了教学水平。

Application of Three Dimensional Reconstruction Method in the Education of Postgraduates Majoring in Hepatobiliary Surgery

To further up-grade the postgraduates＇ clinical skills and cognitive level in the hepatic anato- my. Under the direction of a senior doctor, the image construction of hepatic lesions is carried on u- sing the three dimensional reconstruction method by postgraduates majoring. The method is composed of the studying CT,MRI images,making three-dimensional drawing,reconstructing three dimensional images by medical image processing and mimics software, shooting the operation, comparing the intr- aoperative findings with the preoperative images. It is not only a good method for the postgraduates majoring to learn but also for their teachers to teach each student individually.
