摘    要:基于问题的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)模式是以问题作为基础、学生作为教学主体的自学式、教师仅起引导作用的小组讨论式的教学模式。法医学是一门联系医学与法学等多种自然科学的综合性学科。初步尝试将PBL教学模式应用于法学专业的法医学教学中,这种教师和学生共同参与的双向式教学模式发挥出了其独特的优势。本文阐述了将PBL教学模式应用于法学专业法医学教学中的必要性;比较了传统教学法与PBL教学模式的区别;总结了法学专业的法医学教学中PBL教学模式实施的过程;并分析了其具体实施的利弊,为推广PBL教学模式在法学专业法医学教学中的应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Problem-based learning (PBL) model was student's self-learning and teacher's guiding role combined discussion style, which based on problems. Forensic science contacted medicine, law, and other variety of natural science disciplines. We attempted to use PBL teaching model in teaching fo- rensic science for law profession. The two-way teaching mode which participated by teachers and students played of its unique advantages. This article described that the necessity of the PBL teaching model used in forensic science for law profession; traditional teaching methods and PBL teaching mode was compared, the process of PBL teaching mode implemented was summarized; the pros and cons of specific implementation was analyzed. Which made a foundation to promote the application of PBL teaching mode in teaching forensic science for law profession.
