摘    要:临床技能大赛反映出了儿科学生临床操作不规范、临床思维欠缺、理论实践脱离、缺乏人文素养等问题,本文探讨了教师队伍的建设、学生主观能动性的提升、临床技能中心的加强、临床思维能力的训练等解决策略,旨在不断提高儿科临床教学质量。

Abstract:The national clinical skills contest reflects that Pediatric students are lack of the clinical thinking and humanities, their clinical operations are not standard. This paper discussed the strategy including the ascension of the construction of teachers, students' subjective initiative, the strengthe- ning of clinical skills center and clinical thinking ability training, aims to constantly promote medical education reform and innovation.
