摘    要:目的:优选大连翘胶囊提取工艺条件.方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以浸膏得率、正丁醇萃取部位得率、乙酸乙酯萃取部位得率、连翘苷含量为评价指标筛选最佳提取工艺,采用高效液相色谱法测定连翘苷含量.结果:正交试验所得的最佳提取条件为加水量8倍,提取次数2次,每次2h.结论:该提取工艺合理、稳定、可行.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Dalianqiao capsule. Method: L9(34) orthogonal design was used to select optimum extraction technology.Yield of extract,yield of n-butanol extraction site,yield of ethyl acetate extraction part and the content of phillyrin were used as criteria.The content of phillyrin was determined by HLPC. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as follow:extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of water for 2 h each time. Conclusion: This extraction technology was reasonable, stable and feasible.
