摘    要:目的:探讨超声波协同复合酶法对半边莲多糖提取率的影响.方法:以半边莲为原料,用超声波协同复合酶法提取多糖,通过单因素和正交试验对半边莲多糖的提取工艺进行优化.结果:超声波协同复合酶法提取半边莲多糖的最佳工艺条件为pH4.0,料液比1∶40,超声波时间25 min,复合酶用量1.0%.结论:超声波协同复合酶法具有提取率高、工艺简单、节能的特点.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate effect of ultrasonic-composite enzyme synergistic method on extraction rate of polysaccharide from Lobelia chinensis.Method:With L.chinensis as raw material,polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic-composite enzyme synergistic method,extraction technology of polysaccharide from L.chinensis was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.Result:Optimum technology conditions were as follows: pH 4.0,ratio of solid-liquid 1∶40,ultrasonic time 25 min,the amount of enzyme 1.0%.Conclusion:Ultrasonic-composite enzyme synergistic method had features of high extraction ratio,simple process,energy-saving.
