| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨盆骨折病人围手术期的护理体会。方法术前进行心理护理、做好并发症的观察、功能锻炼;术后密切观察病情,保持正确体位及进行有效牵引和康复锻炼。结果随访3个月至2年,采用Matta评分法,47例骨盆骨折病人中,优28例(59.5%),良16例(34.1%),一般3例(6.4%)。结论做好骨盆骨折病人围手术期护理,对提高病人术后的康复和日常生活能力有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the characteristics of nursing patients with pelvic fracture. Material and Methods 47 cases with pelvic fracture from June, 2002 to June, 2004 in our hospital were collected. The measures of nursing were analyzed and the curative effects were evaluated. Results All the patients were followed up in the range of three months and two years after operation. According to the Matta, the curative effects were divided into three grades.28 cases(59.5%) were graded excellent, 16 cases(34.1%) good and 3 cases(6.4%)normal. Conclusions It is vital to practice a whole pre-operative and after-operative nursing measures for patients with pelvic fracture. |
