腹部DSA不同参数造影对肝癌病灶检出的影响

目的：探讨腹部DSA不同参数造影对肝癌病灶检出的影响,提高肝癌的病灶检出率.方法：对就诊的220例肝癌患者用不同参数行肝总动脉DSA检查,并对造影结果中检出病灶的大小及数量进行统计分析.结果：220例病例中,140例在两种参数下造影检出病灶数相同,80例出现病灶染色差异.对220例病人行RA共检出病灶562个,病灶直径最小0.8 cm;行LTLRA共检出病灶691个,最小0.3 cm.结论：经肝总动脉LTLRA较RA可大大提高病灶检出率,特别是对血供不丰富及较小病灶肝癌的检出更有意义.

The Effect of Abdominal Different Parameters DSA on the Detection of Primay Hepatic Carcinoma Lesion

Objective:To discuss the effect of abdominal different parameters DSA on the detection of primay hepatic carcinoma lesion. Methods: 220 cases of primay hepatic carcinoma were performed different parameters angiography. The DSA images were analyzed, the number and size of lesions were measured.Results: In 220 cases, the number of lesions detected by different parameter angiography were same in 140, and the colouration of lesions existed difference in 80. 562 lesions were found by DSA routine angiography(RA) and the minimal diameter of lesion was 0.8cm. 691 lesions were found by long time low rate angiography(LTLRA) and the minimal diameter of lesion was 0.3cm. Conclusion:Compared with RA, the LTLRA of liver artery could remarkably increase the detecting ratio of lesion, especially in the application of lesion with less blood supply and small cubage.
