单个下切牙先天缺失病例的Bolton全牙比分析

目的:通过模拟临床治疗单个下切牙先天缺失病例的方法,分析Bolton全牙比,为临床工作提供理论指导。方法:选取50副单个下切牙先天缺失病例模型,测量牙量,模拟7种治疗方法分别计算全牙比并进行统计分析。结果:测得单个下切牙先天缺失病例的全牙比明显小于国人正常值,在七种模拟设计方案中,拔除上颌两个双尖牙、拔除上颌两个双尖牙一个下切牙及不拔牙后全牙比之间均有统计差异。结论:在治疗单个下切牙先天缺失病例的设计方案中,拔除上颌两个双尖牙一个下切牙后,全牙比相对更接近正常值。

Bolton Analysis of Cases with Congenital Single Mandibular Incisor Missing

Objective:This study was designed to analysis the tooth mass discrepancy of cases with congenital single mandibular incisor missing.Methods:The sample consisted of 50 pretreatment plastic models of cases with congenitally single mandibular incisor missing.The experimental simulated 7 possible treatment plans.The overall ratio of every treatment plan of all samples was calculated.The results were evaluated by randomized ANOVA.Rusults:The overall ratio was much smaller than normal value.There were significant differences of overall ratio between subgroups with treatment plans of two upper bicuspids extraction and subgroups with treatment plans of extraction of two upper bicuspids and one lower incisor.Conclusion:Although congenitally one lower incisor missing often lead to tooth mass discrepancy and make the treatment planning difficult,tooth mass analysis can be helpful in making choice.
