| 摘 要： | 本文报告1965～1986年手术治疗小儿腹部囊性肿物180例,分析了小儿腹部囊性肿物的种类、发生率、临床表现、诊断及治疗。囊性肿物以胆总管囊肿、泌尿系囊肿及腹部囊性淋巴管瘤最多见,三者占78.8%。全部行手术治疗,治愈174例,6例因术后并发症死亡。并分析了小儿腹部囊性疾病的共同特点及其误诊原因。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the surgical treatment of 180 cases of children abdominal cystfrom 1965to 1986years.The kind, incidence, clinic manifestation, diagnosis and treat-ment of children abdominal cyst are analyzed.Choledochal cyst, urinary systemcy-st and abdominal cystic Lympyangioma were most commonly seen and the threeRinds amount to 78.8percent. ALL the 180patients were operated on and 174 werecured. The result was satisfactory. 6 patients died of postoperative complications.The common characteristic of the disease and the causes of misdiagnosis are aanalyzed. |
