埋藏式心脏起搏器的临床应用及疗效观察

目的 探讨症状性缓慢性心律失常患者在基层医院开展埋藏式心脏起搏器的安全性及有效性.方法 36例症状性缓慢性心律失常患者经静脉植入埋藏式心脏起搏器,观察治疗后的临床疗效及并发症.结果 所有患者植入起搏器后症状明显改善,活动耐量及生活质量明显提高.结论 埋藏式心脏起搏器是目前治疗缓慢性心律失常可靠有效的措施,充分的术前准备、精确的电极定位、严格的囊袋处理、定期的随访测试.在基层医院开展埋藏式心脏起搏器手术是安全的.

Clinical application and curative effect of implantable pacemaker

Objective To approach the safety and efficiency of implantable pacemaker among patients with symptomatic bradycardia in basic-leuel hospitals.Methods Clinical curative effect and complication of 36 patients with symptomatic bradycardia were evaluated,who were implanted with pacemakers by vein.Results All the patients ameliorated in clinical symptoms,and their toleration for activity and quality of live were improved obviously after implantation.Conclusion Implantable pacemaker is the most reliable and effective therapy for symptomatic bradycardia,and it is safe for basic-leuel hospitals to perform the operation by consummate preoperative examination,precise allocation of electrode,and rigorous management of sac and regular follow-up.
