| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶颌面部充填术后并发症的防治。方法：对颌面部注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶后的12例并发症进行了原因分析和处理总结。结果：12例并发症中，术后感染、血肿各3例，局部硬结4例，局部肿胀1例，并发眼压升高1例。经对症治疗，全部康复，效果满意。结论：聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶在颌面各部位充填术中，并发症的发生率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Investigate the complications of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation maxillofacialpla sty.Methods :12cases of complications with polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for au gmentation maxillofacialplasty we re identified and were given an analyzing study of causes an d a summary of treatments accordingly.Results:12patients suffered from complications as infec-tion,hematoma,nodule formation ,l ocal swelling and complicated high i ntraocular pressure.Satisfactory clinical treatments results have been obtained.Conclusion:Using polyacrylamide hydrogel for a ugmentation maxillofacialplasty,we should master the surgical applic a-tions strictly and standardize operative procedure so to minimize the occurrence of complications. |
