中西医结合治疗骨科切口感染效果研究

目的对中西医结合治疗骨科切口感染效果进行研究分析。方法随机选择我院2009年8月至2011年8月骨科切口感染患者83名,分成A、B两组,A组对照组患者30名,给予青霉素钠药物治疗;B组治疗组患者53名,在A组基础上加中药治疗。结果经治疗,B组治疗组患者切口感染治疗时间和切口愈合时间均少于A组,患者治疗有效率高于A组,不良反应发生率低于A组患者。结论中西医结合治疗骨科切口感染,患者切口愈合较好,有效率较高。

Objective Integrative Medicine Orthopaedic incision infection effect study analysis.Methods Random selection in our hospital orthopedic incision infected patients from August 2009 to August 2011 83,divided into A and B groups,A group control group of 30 patients given penicillin sodium medication;B group,the treatment group of 53 patients,on the basis of group A,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Results Group B treatment group patients after treatment,incision infection treatment time and wound healing time in group A were less than efficient treatment of patients than in group A,the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than in group A patients.Conclusion Integrative Medicine orthopedic incision infection,patients incisions heal better,efficient.
