中药足浴联合穴位按摩治疗乙肝患者失眠的临床观察

目的观察中药足浴联合穴位按摩治疗乙型肝炎患者失眠的效果。方法将200例住院乙肝失眠患者随机分为观察组与对照组各100例,两组均采用常规治疗及护理,观察组在常规治疗的基础上予中药足浴联合穴位按摩,对照组予温水泡足。结果治疗组患者在睡眠时间、睡眠深度、精神及困倦程度等临床症状,肝功能均有明显改善。观察组总有效率100℅,对照组总有效率61℅,两组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论中药足浴联合穴位按摩治疗乙肝患者失眠效果理想。

Clinical Observation of Foot Bath of Chinese Medicine And Point Massage In Hepatitis B Patients With Insomnia

Objective To observe the clicinal effect of foot bath of Chinese medicine and acupoints massage in treating hepatitis B patients with insomnia.Methods 200 hepatitis B patients with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups,the control group in which 100 cases were treated with received conventional treatment and footbath in warm water,the treatment group in which 100 cases were treated with the conventional therapy foot bath of Chinese medicine plus acupoints massage.Results Clinical symptoms of treated patients,such as,sleep time,sleep depth,spirit and drowsiness degree of liver function had improved significantly.The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and it was 61% in the control group,it showed statistically significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Foot bath of Chinese medicine and point massage is effective for hepatitis B patients with insomnia.
