血清胱抑素C检测对糖尿病肾病的临床诊断价值研究

目的对血清胱抑素C检测在糖尿病肾病中的临床诊断价值进行探讨和研究。方法随机选取2009年12月至2011年12月于我院接受诊治的76例糖尿病患者,Ⅰ组36例为糖尿病无肾损伤患者,Ⅱ组40例为糖尿病肾病患者,另选取32例健康志愿者作为对照组,采取免疫比浊法对所选病例的血清胱抑素C的含量进行检测,并对各组病例的尿素氮、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白和尿微量清蛋白排泄率等指标进行检测,分析其相关性。结果通过检测发现Ⅰ组患者的血清胱抑素C含量为（1.22±0.24）mg/L,Ⅱ组患者的为（3.62±0.84）mg/L,对照组的为（0.91±0.21）mg/L,糖尿病肾病患者的血清胱抑素含量同对照组、糖尿病无肾病患者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Ⅱ组患者的尿素氮、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白和尿微量清蛋白排泄率等指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血清胱抑素C含量与糖尿病肾病的关系密切,可以作为临床诊断该病的重要指标。

The clinical diagnostic value research of cystcoming fromin C in Diabetic nephropathy

Objective To study and discuss the clinical diagnostic value of cystcoming fromin C in Diabetic nephropathy.Methods 76 cases diabetic patients who received treatment in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2011 were selected randomly.36 cases diabetes patients of groupⅠhad no renal injury,40 cases diabetes of group Ⅱ had renal injury.Another 32 cases healthy volunteers were regarded as control group.The content of cystcoming fromin was detected by the immune turbidimetric method,and the index of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,glycosylated hemoglobin and urine trace albumin excretion rate were also detected,then analysis their relevance.Results Through the detection,the content cystcoming fromin C for group Ⅰwas（1.22±0.24） mg/L,group Ⅱ was（3.62±0.84）mg/L,the control group was（0.91±0.21）mg/L,the content of cystcoming fromin C for diabetes nephrosis compared with diabetes patients without renal injury and control group,had a statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.The index of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,glycosylated hemoglobin and urine trace albumin excretion rate for group Ⅱcompared with control group,had a significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The content of cystcoming fromin C has a close relationship with diabetic nephropathy,and it can be regard as an important index for a clinical diagnosis to the disease.
