蓝科肤宁治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

目的观察蓝科肤宁药物湿敷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效及生活质量的变化。方法将70例CsAD患者随机分为蓝科肤宁组和对照组,前者予蓝科肤宁湿敷,后者予3%硼酸溶液湿敷,疗程均为4周。采用皮肤生活质量指数（DLQI）对患者进行生活质量评价。结果蓝科肤宁组和对照组总有效率分别为84.84%和50.00%。差异具有统计学意义（χ2=10.32,P=0.006）;在治疗后的7d、14 d、28 d后DLQI评分方面蓝科肤宁组均低于对照组,两组DLQI比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）结论蓝科肤宁治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效确切、安全可靠,无不良反应,值得临床推广。

Effect of Velvetfeeling in treating facial hormone-dependent dermatitis

Objective To observe the effect of Velvetfeeling in treatment of patients with facial hormone-dependence-dermatitis and their quality of life changes.Methods 70 cases with CsAD were randomly divided into Velvetfeeling group and control group,the former treated with Velvetfeeling wet compress,the latter to 3% boric acid,treatment for 4 weeks.The skin of the life quality index（DLQI） were used to assess the quality of life of all patients.Results The total effective rates of Velvetfeeling group and the control group were 84.84% and 50.00%.The difference were statistically significant（χ2=10.32,P=0.006）,in the treatment of 7 d,14 d,28 d DLQI scores of Velvetfeeling group were lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P 0.05） Conclusion Velvetfeeling is safe and reliable,no adverse reaction in treating facial hormone-dependent dermatitis,and it＇s worth clinical popularizing.
