| 摘 要： | 高校在引进人才上下功夫的同时，也要注重对既有人才的住机遇，进行引进高端人才，以快速提升高校面临的国际新一轮的竞争；管理与呵护，避免高校人才隐性流失。既要抓又要加强现有师资队伍建设，以迅速提升与国际一流人才相适应的人才对接体系。减少高校人才的流失，使高校真正成为国家发展和进步的原动力。
