CD44v6在非小细胞肺癌中表达及其临床意义

目的探讨CD44v6蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测65例原发性NSCLC和20例正常肺组织中CD44v6蛋白的表达水平。结果正常肺组织未见阳性表达，NSCLE组阳性表达率为69．2％，两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。其中鳞癌和腺癌的阳性表达率分别为78．1％和60．6％，差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。在NSCLC中，CD44v6在病理分级Ⅰ＋Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级的阳性表达率分别为63．6％和75．0％，两组间无显著差异（P＞0．05）。在TNM分期Ⅰ＋Ⅱ期和Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期阳性表达率分别为57．1％和83，3％；有无淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率分别为78．9％和55．6％。以上两组间比较差异均有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论CD44v6阳性表达与NSCLC的发生，临床进展及淋巴结转移密切相关，高表达者提示伴有淋巴结转移，临床已进入晚期。

Clinical Study on the Expression of CD44v6 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of CD_ 44v6 in non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ). MethodsImmunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression level of CD_ 44v6 in 65 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of normal lung tissues. Results The positive rate of CD_ 44v6 expression in NSCLC was 69.2%, and no distinct staining was detected in the normal lung tissues. There was significant difference in CD_ 44v6 expression level between NSCLC and normal lung tissues(P<0.05). The positive rates of CD_ 44v6 expression in lung squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were 78.1% and 60.6%, respectively, which were not significantly different(P>0.05). The positive rates of CD_ 44v6 expression in the histological grades I+II and III of NSCLC were 63.6% and 75.0%, respectively, with no significant difference(P>0.05). The positive rates of CD_ 44v6 expression in the TNM stages I+II and III+IV were 57.1% and 83.3%, respectively, and the difference of which were significant(P<0.05). In the NSCLC with and without lymph node metastasis, the positive rates of CD_ 44v6 expression were 78.9% and 55.6%, respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion CD_ 44v6 expression was positively related with the development, progression and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC, and may be helpful for evaluating malignant potential and prognosis of NSCLC.
